Main responsibilities were to lead the growth and development of the business, with a view to maximizing shareholders return, though the development of an effective business strategy and exercising operational management control in order to achieve strategic objectives. Leading the long-term planning process and ensuring that our short-term actions are aligned with our long-term strategic objectives.
