Achievements and responsibilities:
- Execution of Fitout and finishing of tiles, façade, glass, ACP, ceiling, painting, decoration.
- Demolition and strip out work of the building, including façade, Interiors and MEP items
- Special concrete repair, including post-tensioning and structural strengthening works.
- Structural steel works, such as canopy, gantry, staircase and terrace.
- Execution of post tension, voided, steel Bridges and Roads works
- Construction of trenches, piles, pilecaps, Piers, header beams, slabs and Utilities
- Responsible for more than 120 manpower’s ( carpenters, steelfixers, masons, labours)
- Coordinating with consultant and authorities such as RTA, DM, DEWA, .and obtaining permits
- Preparing crane lifting planes and permits
- Monitoring day to day activities on site
- Ordering materials (steel, Shutter, waterproofing, concrete, tiles) and plants for the site.
- Managing manpower and resources within the project budget.
- Ensuring progress of the site works based on the milestone of the project
- Coordinates with subcontractors, MEP, QA/QC & client including attending regular meetings
- Prepare periodically site reports and look ahead programs
- Leader of the project control team with special Project Management Consultant (RENOIR) responsible for monitoring the site progress and improving the labour productivity by 35%
- Conduct weekly meetings with the management action team (MAT) to discuss labour productivity and work progress reports.
Project: FIVE Palm Jumeirah Hotel & Resort: Five Hotels China State (CSCME) A&T AED 3 Billion Achievements and responsibilities:
• Supervision and follow-up for all structural and finishing site activates including shoring, pilling, concreting, steel structural works, flooring, plastering, waterproofing, false ceiling, facade, ….etc, to assure compliance with established procedures and Projects specification
• Preparing, submitting, and follow-up for the Authorities (TRAKHEES, NAKHEEL) requirements, site inspections, and NOCs for commencing site activities.
• Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to the Client.
• Planning and Tracking of ongoing works within the overall project schedule.
• Ensure that all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed according to EHS and green building (LEED) requirements.
• Assist in Reviewing of Shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals to ensure it is complying with project specifications
