• Receive and close all HR related inquiries submitted by DEWA employees. These queries might be received through “Eform” system, email, phone calls or by walk-in employees.
• Communicate with all HR departments for different queries and solve the employees’ issues.
• Giving suggestion to enhance Helpdesk system (HR Helpdesk eform) & SAP as well.
• Prepare awareness presentations and sessions for coordinators and newly joined employees to increase the awareness of HR rules and regulations.
• Supervise accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records, including personnel action forms, policies and procedures.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Division; compose, translate and type letters and other correspondence (Bilingual) specially to other government authorities; prepare a variety of reports including technical reports and status reports pertaining to human resource management activities.
• Organize and work independently on multiple assigned tasks/projects and complete assignments within specified deadlines
• Prepares and complete TRF (Training Request Forms) for the trainings needed by our team with the sponsorship of the training department.
• Maintain knowledge of Helpdesk team for repeated queries and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
• Assist in hiring vacant positions, including selection, developing job descriptions and job advertisements and screening and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate with different companies and organizations to conduct various visits for benchmarking purpose. This may be for my department as well as other departments under HR Division.
• Mandated for a time to work with Pension team to assist for quick process of registering local employees with GPSSA, additional of past service for those who has previous service & Finalize pension procedure for discharged employees (End of service).
• Excellent knowledge about Dubai Government HR Laws.
• Excellent Knowledge of SAP HR system.
• Responsible for “National Service” which is been decided for local employees and coordinate with DGHR for the same.
