KSA Engagement Manager from 1.4.2014 until now with the following responsibilities:
• Position Esri NeA in KSA market.
• Developing \Implementing the sales strategy and action plans while operating within the guidelines of company's regional sales strategy
• Provide regular reports regarding to sales activities, sales forecasts, market analysis and competitors analysis
• Creating and delivering presentations of company products and solutions
• Understanding and communicating technical properties of Esri\ Esri NeA solutions
• Using technical experience, to sell solutions—not just features and functions—to empower customers to make better decisions using geospatial technology
• Supporting pre-sales activities by giving detailed information about the technical specifications of solutions and the ways in which they could meet a customer's need
• Working closely with clients by supporting and delivering the presentations, proposals and RFP write-ups.
• Working proactively on tenders and handling customer’s objections, solve their problems, and offer them consultancy in their new projects
• Alignment with market partners (NDA, Teaming agreement)
• Attending\ participating in market events.
• Managing accounts including the entire sales process from business development, prospecting, and qualifications through contract negotiations, signing, billing, and finally collection, the activities include Projects kick off, Projects follow up, Projects BOQ delivery to clients, Delivery of customer acceptance, Preparation and delivery of invoices, Collection follow up, Supporting LG issuance and refund follow up.
• Coordination with Procurement & Finance team from vendor ordering till services finally delivered to customers (letters of credit, payments, invoices, bid bonds and performance bonds)
• Follow up of projects and orders from receipt of purchase orders till fulfillment of delivery
• Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed
