Provide support for all Information Technology products and services (SMS system for reports, Sun system for finance processes,
HITS system for HRMS support ).
Support may include answering questions, teaching or instructing customers regarding software functionality and communicating policy.
Troubleshooting printer issues and Resolving difficulties.
Resolves Level 1 work orders. Elevates complex and/or high priority problems to the appropriate support groups for resolution.
Identifying network & computer problems and advising on the solution.
Provides assistance by managing, installing and maintaining network systems, routers, switches, LAN and WAN environments.
Installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
Develop help sheets user manual and knowledge base for end users.
Handling Kaspersky installing and maintaining clients and server .
Microsoft Dynamics Ax installing and troubleshooting .
