• Participate in annual business planning process to formulate overall group yearly objectives and take role to strategize my own area and annual targets. Develop and set the company marketing strategy, submit it to the CEO for review and approval.

• Review periodic reports highlighting different products performance and portfolio gaps. Recommend taking the necessary actions including product modifications discontinuation and new introductions. Work closely with R&D to deliver best-in-class products.

• Prepare and manage the marketing communications plans (seminars, conferences, exhibition, events, etc..) and assess the effectiveness of these programs

• Initiate training and development needs for marketing and R&D teams resulting from performance assessment results and technical training needs serving their functions
