1. Design unified internet solution to provide services for specific customer

3. Design management security zones
• CAAJ-Oman, EL-Rostaq: Respond to RFP, design LLD for two datacenter, communicate closely with multiple vendor to determine best product pricing, develop the overall solution and calculate time duration for implementation plan
• Container DC Project, Sohar: respond to RFQ in ooredoo to introduce our resources and our ability in big implementation (awarded project)
• Be up to date with current field practices to enhance service standards and delivery
• Review customer technical demands and instructions to identify the most efficient methods of implementation and using delivered materials
• Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
• Attend technical training to acquire more knowledge of technical procedures and applications, and other job demands
• Remain knowledgeable of current technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum result
• Delivering IT solutions to both technical and non-technical end users, while also supporting a wide range of vendor technologies.
• Support customer may be required to be on-call or in site throughout the year.
• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
• Participation in providing training to customers as required
1. Project Management Fiber and Network Project.
2. Set a methodology to perform the major project management functions of scheduling, cost, risk, change control, and communication. This methodology provides a road map for performing these project functions and it’s a key of consistency in the planning and execution.
A- Fully installation for BTS (Base Transceiver Station).
B- Connect BTS’S to BSS (Base Station Controller).
C- Convert sites related to MobiNil PLMN from 2.7G to 3G.
Using the Physical layer of UMTS (Coding, Adaptive Modulation, RF Transceiver and Antenna design )We will simulate the channel coding, adaptive modulation, Wide-band Code Division Multiple Access (W-CDMA) technique, RF Transceiver and the design of base stations locations of UMTS network using Matlab simulink from Mathworks corporation, then implement the simulation directly to the Two Virtex-4 ML402 (one for the transmitter and the other for the receiver),this kit has high speed processing core (1GHz).
