Manage, Supervise and coordinate all oil&gas piping activities ( onshore &offshore )
•Ensure Project execution methodology achieves safe, efficient implementation and use appropriate "best practices" to drive project.
•Coordinate contractor oversight activities during the execution phase of the project.

Task and Duties:
•Overall management direction for project planning, scheduling, equipment, material and human resources and budget tracking for all segments of construction projects
•Directly supervise multiple superintendents and oversee the performance of the various trades in the construction crews
• Coordinates the review and approval of contractors execution phase procedures,
• (Site mobilization, safety and safety training, QA/QC, site materials management).
• Ensure and participate in quality assurance verification activities and provide required technical input to field non-conformance reports (NCR's).
• Physically verify that facilities are constructed in accordance with the job specification prior to turnover.
• Assist construction superintendent with coordination of project construction activities with operations and maintenance.
• Develop progress and resolve construction technical queries.
• Ensure timely development of commissioning and startup procedures.
•Ensure staff are effectively trained and are aware of client specifications,
and that contractors are in compliance so as to ensure quality of construction and commissioning activities.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the scope of the contract and that any variances are fully documented and reported.
• Monitor the execution of the contractor construction schedule and measure progress against construction activities, providing regular reports and updates as required.
• Follow up planning of construction activities and resolve any problems.
• Ensure smooth handover from construction to commissioning, in line with company objectives.
• Manage the technical interfaces with other projects in the area in liaison with client construction manager.
