Handling BMS Department Tendering & Projects Work:
• Pricing of Schneider Electric & Delta Controls BMS systems.
• Analysis & Evaluating of BMS tender documents to propose optimum
solutions.
• Supervise complete BMS engineering design including preparing I/O point
summary, quantities take offs, selection of DDC controllers & field devices,
network & riser diagrams, flow & schematics drawings & BMS shop drawings.
Contact suppliers and make comparison studies on the quotations.
• Carrying out value engineering studies based on client’s budget constraints.
• Prepare, Review and Approve final quotation & Offer.
• Review & Approve final design of DDC, LCP & MCC panels.
• Review & Approve material & engineering submittals.
• Participate in the allocation of budget, staff and any other resource(s) that are needed to
accomplish or achieve set out projects.
• Work with other managers and function leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans
for the various elements of a project.
• Manage, direct, support, and control all aspect of data science projects both internally
and externally and ensure proper delivery within the identified timeframe, quality
standards, cost, and scope of work.
• Create required project documents including project plans, progress reports, change
requests, corrective action documents, and any supporting documents for MTTS and its
clients.
• Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
• Liaise with third parties and communicating with project stakeholders to ensure proper
engagement from all parties involved.
• Negotiate necessary changes to the scope of work, project price, and time with the
client, key subcontractors, and project team.
• Assign responsibility for executing project plans to subordinates after careful
assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.
• Establish and facilitate weekly meetings both with project team and clients to review
project status and create action items.
• Develop and ensure the quality of project management policies, tools, and systems, and
reinforces organization standards.
• Periodically reporting the performance of the projects with the senior management and
ensuring alignment of the company’s key targets with the performance of the project.
