Adhere to all DDF “World Class’’ Customer Service Standards.
Ensure that all merchandises are properly priced, maintain displays in areas as
displayed by the Merchandise team & maintain ongoing replenishment of all
stocks sold.
Update prices of merchandise in the event of price mark-up/mark-down.
Report - PLU’s not found, price/delivery irregularities to the area supervisor
immediately.
Inform the supervisor of specified Operational issues (as per Operational Policy).
Explaining cuts, carats, color and clarity in jewelry to customers.
Suggesting jewelry designs to customers suitable for certain occasions.
Participate in Stocks Counts.
Ensure that cash and credit sales are correct and lodged in the cash office at
the end of the shift
Supporting the store team and manager to increase revenue streams and profit
targets.
Grabbing customer to satisfactory level to reach sales target.
Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness across the store.
Demonstrating good product knowledge to customers on key promotions and
offers.
Providing cover in other areas during periods of holidays and sickness.
Approaching customers that may require assistance if you are on the shop
floor.
Processing complex invoices for payment Ensuring all areas of the store
remain tidy at all times.
