Responsibilities:
 Directing, monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions and process productivity in accordance with daily/monthly production plans and schedule. Appraising immediate superior of possible abnormalities in logbooks or technical emergencies, taking immediate corrective measures if required.
 Control RO unit with high efficiency and target production.
 Submitting monthly data of performance parameters to the upper management, along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks in production operations. Coordinating production schedules with other department heads and suggesting possible avenues of improving the process/safety procedures.
 Conducting weekly and monthly preventive maintenance checks and follow ups of automated production machines and plant pumps, to avoid unscheduled production stoppages.
 Maintaining inventory of raw materials and spare parts, auditing usage and accordingly placing orders to ensure continual production with minimal idle stock. Reconciling audited stock reports with the accounts department.
 Evaluating supplier bids, to identify suppliers offering quality materials at budgeted rates. Preparing operational cost estimates for current and proposed projects. Analyzing proposed ventures from implementation and operational perspective.
 Devising section budgets, and effecting cost cutting measures to maintain adherence to the same.
 Enforcing obedience to safety regulations, reviewing safety manuals. As the head of safety committee, conducting monthly safety audits for all sections of the plant. Ensuring operational readiness of all safety and emergency equipment in the company by executing monthly maintenance checks as per checklist. Monitoring safety levels of all chemicals being used in the factory.

 Organized and deputed staff to execute specific production responsibilities and reported on a daily basis to the Manager.
 Supervised crucial processing of Bleach Batch which required close monitoring and component material balance. Adjusted production schedules with packaging department and taking into consideration required process capacity.
 Operated automated Chloro-Alkili (MGC electrolyzer) Plant and RO unit and trouble shot any problem in the production machines. Performed laboratory analysis of brine and bleach.

 Provided QA input to pre-qualifications, proposals, engineering requisitions and enquiry packages.
 Prepared and implemented contract quality plans and associated procedures.
 Evaluated and reviewed suppliers’ bids in view of company's QA standards.
 Liaised with production department to ensure QA structures were strictly obeyed.
