Collect geographic and spatial data using modern surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, and other surveying tools.
- Conduct field surveys to accurately determine locations and document the topographical and geological characteristics of the land.
- Analyze spatial data using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software and create maps and charts to illustrate geographic information.
- Prepare technical reports and detailed maps reflecting survey results and analyses.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and urban planners to provide the necessary geographic data for various projects.
- Ensure data accuracy and verification through the review of field measurements and analyses.
- Provide technical support and training to the team on the use of modern surveying tools and techniques.
- Maintain and regularly update the geographic survey database.
- Adhere to environmental standards, laws, and regulations in all surveying activities.
- Collect and analyze geographic and spatial data from multiple sources such as aerial imagery, satellite data, and field surveys.
- Develop and maintain geographic databases ensuring their accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare digital maps and charts using GIS software.
- Design and implement GIS applications and programs to support research and planning projects.
- Analyze spatial data to identify geographic trends and patterns, and produce detailed reports.
- Provide technical support and training to other users within the organization on using GIS.
- Collaborate with other teams such as engineers, architects, and planners to provide accurate geographic information to support various projects.
- Conduct field surveys to accurately determine locations, boundaries, and dimensions using various surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS devices.
- Prepare detailed maps and plans using data collected from field surveys.
- Analyze survey data and use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software to produce accurate and comprehensive reports.
- Verify measurement accuracy and review data to ensure compliance with technical standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide necessary survey data for projects.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to environmental, health, and safety procedures and regulations while performing field tasks.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on the use of modern surveying techniques and tools
