• Administer and coordinates all recruitments in identifying vacancies (Saudis/Expatriates) or (internal/
external).
• Handling mobilization process for all assigined positions whom accepted the salary offer to make sure ER
received candidates file.
• Manage Global Contractor employees for all Marafiq Jubail & Yanbu division.
• Ensure effective interview process with very professional communication with candidates.
• Coach line manager selection.
• Handling/Arranging the internal/ external campaigns.
• Preparation of all SAP payroll transactions and entered them accurately in line with Company policy and
control the entire payroll process to ensure timely payments in two locations (Yanbu and Jubail).
• Prepares, checks and reconcile all reimbursements made to employees are in line with Company approved
policies and procedures. This includes reimbursement of all expenses relating to business travel,
medicals, schooling (for expatriates), relocation, annual leave and travel tickets and recruitment
expenses for prospective recruits.
• Prepares and makes data entry of all transactions related to the change in compensation and benefits
arising from promotion and merit increases in accordance with approved guidelines.
• Participates in creating and developing of standard forms and templates for the consistent and
comprehensive capture and storage of the functional information needed to meet the business
requirements.

• Ensure professional monitoring of section performance in terms of interview & offer's with appropriate
notification to Management.
• Ensure high quality interview preparation in & out on boarding area with very professional communication
with candidates.
• Carries out duties in accordance with established policies & recruitment standards including receiving Job
applicant forms, reviewing for proper completion.
• Files documents and paperwork according to established procedures.
• Plan and coordinate all on-boarding activities such as, medical check-up, orientation for new comers,
hospitality, airport pick up, sending announcement to the end users and other support departments, SAP
ID, issuing medical insurance and windows accounts and preparing contracts
• Generate weekly/monthly report about the medical evolution, interview evaluation, RRs status, progress
report and KPI’s.
