• Reviews the work order received through sales & analyzes the project specifications & contractual terms and conditions to accomplish AIC commitments as per agreed terms in work order.
• Communicates all concerned departments for Kick off Meeting and get commitment, support to fulfill general requirements and milestones.
• Estimates the project budget & get approval from Management to control project expenditures.
• Prepares project plan(s) for all activities from project execution i.e. sourcing of material engineering, production, galvanizing delivery and approval of client if required. Ensure availability of raw material, other items by interacting with concerned department & follow up on continual basis for completion of project as per agreed plans.
• Communicates & obtain necessary technical approvals, inspections test plan approvals & deviations. Confirm the delivery schedule and on approval from client and take all necessary measures to ensure delivery of material is done within the stipulated time.
• Responds to all queries and resolve any matter pertaining to the project with client & give feedback for on-going project activities.
• Ensures the quality standards methodology, third party & client inspection are carried out, give feedback to client and internal departments for inspections and tests.
• Co-ordinates with client, logistic & other agencies for delivery of material to the project site as per agreed contractual terms.
• Complies with the documentation for deliveries customer feedback, negotiate for any additional requirements.
• Follows up with client for payments on raising invoices and handover of projects to the client.

2-Designing Electrical Transmission Towers, and Communications Towers using PLS.
3-Preparing Clearance diagram using AUTOCAD.
4-Preparing Erection drawings, Shop sketches, and B.O.M. using BOCAD.
5-Reviewing and Design telecommunication towers according to TIA code and client specs.
6-Reviewing and Design overhead transmission line towers according to ASCE-10 code and client specs.
7-Preparing cost estimations and technical submittals for OHTL and communication towers tenders.
