● Read & analyze the technical requirements of the customer and prepare the overall technical offer
● Provide materials options in design utilizing inventory stocks and reducing costs maintaining the same quality
● Layout of the Product during the tendering stage under supervision of direct manager ●
Interact directly with key clients to discuss product specifications
● Prepare the documentation of the Bill of Materials (BOM) to start production ● Prepare the detailed shop drawings for product and coordinate with concerned parties to start production
● Prepare the design of transformer control cabinet including its fans & control circuit with all protection and control requirement
● Follow-up with the production team for all the running orders after production commencement to maintain the SLA
● Resolve any technical issues relevant to product design to facilitate production

 Reviewing customer specifications/drawings to ensure quote is technically compatible and
competitive.
● Matching products to customer specifications and drawings by demonstrating knowledge of
products.
● Understanding, analyzing, documents, and communicates contractual, technical and
commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard.
● Preparing Technical and commercial Offers
 Coordinates with Sales Representative to determine and/or clarify project requirements to
ensure quality output.
● Drawing Shop Drawing for Electrical Panels
● Short Circuit Study using etap and Ecodial Software
● Selectivity Study using Tables, Electrical calculation tools (Schneider Electric Online Tools),
etap and Ecodial Software
● Design MCC Panels (Design Motors Protection Circuits & Control Circuits)
● Performing Bill of Material Preparation

● Matching products to customer specifications and drawings.
● Understanding, analyzing, documents, and communicates contractual, technical and
commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard.
