• Responsible for streamlining processes, improving performance for End to End process. Working with teams across the globe in analysing data and providing governance on improvement initiatives.
• Provided governance in creating data collection points and then leveraging data to enhance the service being provided using root causes analysis.
• Ensuring a data centric approach to resolving issues which were reoccurring and putting in place permanent fixes or revised procedures.
• Supervised end-to-end process improvements in Global Business Units (GBU) by collaborating closely with stakeholders to engender engagement, and facilitate identification of KPIs / monitoring of performance.

Lean Consultant (Business Optimisation / Process improvement)
Client: British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC)

• Participated in Lean transformation project for an Asset Management Team at the BBC.
• Presented analysis to board level executives and managed steak holders in a complex environment.
• Articulated strategy to introduce new changes into the IT infrastructure in a smooth and efficient manner.
• Supported the business change initiatives by identifying and modelling current and future ways of working.
• Team Lead for Lean Up streaming Implementation for a Service Desk in which we increased the first time fix (FTF) percentage of tickets coming into the Service Desk.
• Experienced Lean Consultant with a good ability to articulate the business benefits of Lean.

• Provided governance on IT changes taking place in the environment to ensure consistency with Corporate IT Policy.
• Understood the implication of differing business enhancement requests and analysed the synergies between them to provide a more cost effective solution.
• Provided High Level Design documentation for moves, changes and enhancements within the IT infrastructure.
• Assisted with low-level design documentation in making sure all aspect of changes were taken into consideration.
• Continuously monitored progress in terms of the status of the project plan and the budget and reported back to senior management.

Lead Infrastructure Technician/Desktop Manager
Client: Ministry of Justice (MoJ)

• Responsible for liaising with project teams to assess requirements and prepare environment before software is tested in the Non-Live Environment (NLE).
• Providing desktop and server support for the whole testing environment in multiple locations (London & Birmingham)
• Troubleshooting and investigating technical issues (on Windows 2003 and Active Directory) related to the IT infrastructure with support from the other technical teams.
•Configuration and support of the Test Facility environment, which is used by MoJ to carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new Hardware and Software configurations.
