The project is a housing compound over 142 acre area, in almost 5000 units in a 7 models of multi-story buildings.
Each of ground floor, five typical floors and a roof.
Fifty percent of the project units are full finishing and the rest are semi finishing.
Finishing includes the following types
- Masonry.
- Electricity.
- Lightning fixtures.
- Pluming.
- Ceramic floors.
- Marble floors.
- Aluminum windows.
- Wooden doors.
- Plastering.
- Painting.
