The project is a PMC covering all national residential Off-Plan projects all over KSA (Sakani program), this includes 74 construction sites and over 120, 000 residential units.
As the architect, the role is managing multidisciplinary projects with Hill team, supervising consultant on site, project developer, PMO, and WAFI.

The project is a mixed-use development project, contains 59 precast villas with a beautiful combination of soft& hardscape, a business park contains a Marriot business hotel of 200 rooms and an office building.
The total number of floors for the business park is 12 floors with a large central plaza and lots of landscape (soft and hard)
responsibilities:
Technical:
? Review of submits (shop drawings and detailing, coordination drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFI/TQ, … Etc)
? Review of contractor invoices (verify, Confirm progress percentage)
? Sourcing vendors and suppliers
? Owner supplied / procurement management including bidding conferences, pre-awarding, progress meetings and closeout.
? Technical coordination, MEP coordination with the team(s) in addition to technical coordination and review in cooperation with the civil defense and evacuation assigned consultant
Change and variation control management board member.
? Forecasting workshops with the planning and estimation engineer.
? Quality plan & ITP review, hold points follow up up-to release.
? As built management and Redlines recording/ creation, and, follow-up.
