- Formulating Operational procedures and Manuals for the organization.
- Monthly operating reporting of all F&B Outlets to top management.
- Manage and develop internal operation processes.
- Review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained.
- Manage F&B day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines.
- Manage the entire pre-opening phase in KSA which includes opening, starting from concept development, Interior design and fit out supervision, hiring, pre-opening Marketing, PR campaign, and Customer service training for the team members.
- Overlooking Location Managers performance throughout middle east operations.
- Direct reporting to the CEO of the company and handling all the strategy, deciding on the locations, curating contract with the developers, operators for all new openings.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.
- Ensure that the industry standard with regard to safety and hygiene.
- Constantly reviewing the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained
- Monitoring Sales and Marketing team. Location Managers and Community Managers to collate and respond to all customer correspondence, ensuring this is communicated to the entire Operators, where appropriate
- Full responsibility for managing and meeting all committed budgets related to the operations.
- Consistently reviewing the brands/operators to ensure KPIs are met and take up any shortcomings with them.
- Formulating Policies and Manuals for the organization.
- Plan and follow up on benchmarking objectives.
- In charge of Constructing work procedures on ARIS system.
- Monthly audit report.
- Making of maintenance workshop SOP’s.
- HSE Inspection on all facilities.
- In charge of Risk Identification and management.
- Plan and carry out HSE awareness activities.
- Internal Auditing for contractors.
- Monthly HSE report.
- Environmental impact analysis.
- HSE Awareness program and training.
- Serves customers by helping them select products.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Responds to customers’ questions.
- Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Manages financial transactions.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
