Starting Branding project with the company on Jan 2016 and make market studies and analytics to know the company position, and its target audience and start to present the company in new style by using social media and website, and enter new area for distribution.
This increase the company distribution area by 50% in the first 3 months.
For the international market we have entered many countries like Iraq and Jordan, and expanding.
Managing Branches and starting a new marketing plan, by studying the market and the competitors, and we already successes to increase the sales target to 200% in the first 4 months.
