Procurement Officer
Manage suppliers claims during the contracts executing phase.

• Respond to proponent/suppliers’ clarifications
•
Participate in claims evaluation and mitigation
• Main work for this position is to solicit bids to procure a variety of services, Contracts Preparation & Management, Change Orders Management and Negotiation Management.

Dealing with new Purchase Requisitions and RFQ (reviewing and discussing the SOW)
•
Attending the site visits and participating in the Job meetings
•
Preparing and routing the bid analyses for next proper approvals
• Reviewing and Auditing the contracts
