•Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
•Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
•Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
•Develop and implement strategic Business plans to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
•Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.

•Supervise and audit all payables and receivable accounting function.
•Management of working capital, with key focus on monitoring and controlling receivables, inventories and payables, and cash flows.
