- Suggesting suitable amendments in the budget to the higher authorities and managerial staff of the concerned department.
- Monitoring the budget throughout the year and preparing detailed reports pertaining to discrepancies and amendments that occurred in the budget

Prepare monthly payable reports such as creditors ageing report, monthly payment report, supplier reconciliation statement, accounts payable & accrued purchases report.
Assure proper Accounting and distribution for all invoices and expenses according to the purchased product nature.
Cooperate with internal and external financial auditors through providing financial data on timely manner.
Check all suppliers’ accounts and functions, control the credit purchase limits for all registered creditors.
Verify all aspects of purchase and contractual documentation such as approvals as per purchase matrix, purchase order, contract, other support documentations, and audit accurately supplier invoices.
