As a Resourcing Supervisor, I am responsible for two departments in our HR
Resourcing Department: my role is as follow:
• Supervising and auditing the full recruitment Cycle.
• Local & Overseas recruitment from A to Z.
• Contracting with different Agencies
• Talent Acquisition Workflow
• Talent Acquisition Policy Creation & Auditing.
• Talent Acquisition Onboarding process.
• Talent Acquisition Forms.
• Talent Acquisition Service Level Agreement.
• Manpower planning.
Organization Development: my role is as follow:
• Organization Structure.
• Manpower Planning.
• Organization Development Forms.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare and post jobs.
- Source and attract candidates.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- On board new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team ( RSR).
As a Recruitment Specialist, my responsibility is to seek out professionals with the right combination of experience to fill a particular position.
As a Professional local recruiter, I have managed to close 85% of my target in eight months including all managerial levels: middle management, supervisory/ senior professional and professional etc... Handling a 50% of the company manpower.
Hiring new candidates with efficiency that fit both the company and the employee expectations. As a result, I have zero resignations, and I do consider it as an achievement.
my roll is to assist the human resource Manager directly by arranging meetings, screening, sourcing and sometimes interviewing candidates. The main duty was to complete applicant’s form by
preparing offers, sending employee files and updating their information in company database, getting the applicants file ready by providing facility access card medical insurance, preparing employment packages, handling benefits information process.
Intense study, my skills and knowledge got improved, involved in some translations from English to Arabic as well as teaching in Elementary schools.
