SAP Environment (I was involved in SAP implementation, mapped SAP GL with Legacy GL)

• Responsible to ensure that all business transactions have been properly recorded in Head Office Book of Accounts.

• Use SAP to generate General Ledger related reports to facilitate other departments.

• Responsible for quarterly and annually closing of accounts at Head Office level.

• Assist in preparation of standalone and consolidated Statutory Accounts.

• Responsible to maintain post adjusted Trial Balance by preparing and posting year end vouchers.

• Assist in preparation of Basel II Notes for Credit Risk.

• Reconciliation of overseas operations. Booking of; enhancement, withdrawal and transfer of placement with overseas branches, income and loss accruals, revaluation of placement, receivable realization and overall monthly balancing with GL.

• Prepare monthly fund flow statement (A-03) for CB reporting.
