•• Payroll accounting: prepare payroll inputs and control with testing of procedures then make final reports of accrual and staff rights
manage events in receivable and make full control to reconcile between sales transactions, bank balance change and stock movements
•Daily: report sold item entry invoice, discount, offers and bank deposit - review logistic transaction for each location and make daily reconciliation for receivable department
•Monthly: stock takes for several locations, reconciliation bank accounts and entry(shrinkage, rebates, commission)
1- Prepare monthly Payroll sheets for KSA & Bahrain country
calculate EOS for leaves staff according company policy
2- Retail Accountant from (2006-2008)
controll in stock & sales and recievable for each salesman
•Calculating the costs of products monthly.
*Prepare income statement and budget for factory monthly.
•Prepare cost's elements deviations report.
•Dealing with suppliers and reconciling deliveries, payments and registration fees for sales according to the agreements with them
•Make monthly payroll for employees
