Main Responsibilities:
 Developing BVOA (Best Value Option Analysis) showing benefits of Using Natural Gas.
 Designing the expected construction map (Sample pipeline designing).
 Developing projects estimates and scheduling.
 Leading Project execution & follow-up to ensure Client satisfaction

o Assignment 1: Building an Organization Managing all projects Cross Alexandria & Behira in one Central organization, Reconstruct each branch According to the projects' schedules & the available Resources.

o Assignment 2 : Leading a team of ( 3 engineer, 45 technicians ) to Complete constructing the gas supplying network of Alexandria, Behira & Several huge VIP customers (factories) .

Main Responsibilities:

 On-Site Project Management
 Planning project's schedules (MS- Project).
 Developing projects weekly & monthly reports.
 Tracking Progress & Initiating mitigation plans in case needed to achieve the schedule.
 Coordination with other departments
 Revising & verify invoices, Billings & Cash Position.
 Cost tracking & analyzing.
 Job Cost Analysis.
 Projects Schedule Adherence.
 Review HSE Reports & take Corrective actions needed.

Main achievements:
• Assignment 1: Leading a team ( 1 engineer, 14 technicians ) to construct the natural gas supplying network of Rasheed ( 108, 000 m PE pipes)
• Assignment 2: Construct supplying NG pipeline to Bricks factories (Costal international road, Edko - 12 km PE 8" ) in a Very squeezed budget & schedule - 3 months - parallel with Rasheed's main assignment.

 Guide, Review, analyze, make recommendations and implement changes & improvements to the project of delivering Natural gas to 30, 000 customers in Alexandria.

Main Responsibilities:
 Lead operation of natural gas stations (pressure reduction stations, supplying network)
 Ensuring Safe operation.
 Managing operation with minimal interruption to the network.

o Main Responsibilities:
 Inspection on (engine, pumps, hydraulic components, …)
 Checking the Validation of Safety equipment
 Checking the Validation of Certificates.
