Construction and upgrade of existing road, 30 km of dual carriageway to
include 9 roundabouts, 2 camel underpasses, 1 pedestrian bridge, cycle
ways, major utilities, Intelligent Transport System.
Duties & Responsibilities (Not limited to):
Management and Leadership
- Strong leadership; managing project execution from start to completion; management and
coordination of construction teams to facilitate construction delivery and ensure project is in
line with all contractual documents
- Plan, manage and direct all construction teams
- Representative at Senior Project Leadership Meetings presenting progress updates, handing
over, commercial aspects and any project issues/risks
Construction Planning/ Delivery/ Execution
- Reviewing construction plan and identify improvements to project schedule and
constructability
- Manage project execution; progress; completion including management of project
handover/closeout and online submissions.
Interface/Liaison/ Communications
- Client representative on site ensuring all project updates are successfully communicated
- Key interface and coordination with client, stakeholders, contractors, logistics & asset
management and all third parties for all project related aspects not limited to approvals,
permits, handing over activities
Technical Expertise
- Reviewing technical drawings, specifications including site instructions, variation orders,
payments and extension of time
- Monitor works in accordance with safety regulations and best practices
Project: Jerja Bridge over the Nile (Client: The National Authority for Roads and Bridges)
Project value $100million - Coordinating with The Arab Contractors; 13 km length of roads (8km) and
5 bridges (5km): Nile Bridge, Railway Bridge, Baliana Bridge, Agriculture Bridge, Fouadeia Bridge.
Responsibilities: Managing and leading a team of engineers; client and authority liaison; project
coordination and overseeing all works ensuring compliance with contractual documents.
Project: Upgrading Salam Street and Eastern Corniche to Expressway (AlSalam Street Tunnel)

Working as Sub-contractor for the construction of underpass liaising with Samsung - Saif Bin Darwish
JV and Parsons de Leuw Cather Overseas upgrading of Al Salam Street to Expressway to include 5
utility rooms and associated infrastructure works.
Project: Deerfield’s Town Square Shopping Mall
Involved in the construction of a shopping mall basement, ground floor and three typical floors.
Construction of basement parking of 45000m2 area in total.
Project: Access Arrangement to Rashiydia Park and Ride Station (R829-4)
(Client: RTA - Road and Transport Authority) Project value AED780 million, with ERC (Emirates for
Roads Contracting) Company. Improvements to exit/ entry points of Rashdiya Park & Ride Station.
Construction of 18 bridges (2270m length), road widening (10550m length) and upgrade to existing
interchanges between Rashdiya area & Emirates.
Responsibilities: Managing the construction teams; resource/materials/equipment planning; daily
site progress; preparing cost estimates; reviewing technical drawings; ensuring construction work
complies with contractual documents; coordination with client and external parties.
Project: Ras El Kor Crossing Double Decking of Doha Road (R800-5)
(Client: RTA - Road and Transport Authority) Main contractor coordinating with VSL subcontractor
and Parsons de Leuw Cather Overseas. Construction of two parallel bridges 1.5km length linking
Sheikh Zayed Road to Dubai Mall and Al Kheil Road.
Responsibilities: Construction of 4 bridges and preparations for road works; project progress;
reviewing technical drawings; planning delivery and storage of construction materials.

Projects: 3 Intersections: Sari with Prince Sultan, King Fahd with Koriech road, Tahlia Street
with Prince Mutaib, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Construction of 3 intersections.

and quantity survey of material; preparing construction works for precast concrete beams yard.

Project: Improvement of Al Jamarat Bridge in Mena, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
To serve the pilgrims with a safe pedestrian bridge during Al Hajj ritual, 6 floors cantilever segmental
bridge with 1244 segments.
Responsibilities: Involved in the bridge construction including erection of concrete segments using
straddles (Cometic & Cimolai) and post tensioning works.
Projects: El Lebbini Tunnel & Drainage Corridor in Fiesel Street, Giza, Egypt

Project with Arab Contractors for the extension of the existing underpass consists of a box section
underpass of 1.25km length and construction of 2km length roads.
Project: El Hawamdia Bridge (Box Section) El Hawamdia, Giza, Egypt
An extension of the existing bridge consisting of 10 concrete spans and steel spans-crossing (Cairo-
Assiut) highway.
Project: Wally Bridge (Double Deck Bridge) in Monieb, Giza, Egypt
Working on a double deck simple supported bridge consists of 64 spans each of 25 m in length, 7
steel spans crossing (Cairo-Assiut), main road and a canal.
Responsibilities: Client representative responsible for all supervision works including geotechnical;
concrete; post tensioning; steel works; survey and road works; reviewing quantities; payments;
monitoring progress; interfacing with stakeholders; preparing progress reports.
