An Employee in the human resources department (HR):
- Issuing and renewing company licenses; organizing and keeping files.
- Responsible for procedures related to attendance, leave, ending services, resignations, calculating
entitlements for employees, dealing with violators of work regulations, carrying out the necessary
investigations and assessing appropriate penalties, while providing the necessary statements to the
financial department to implement what is necessary.

- Considering the application of the Labor Law, the Insurance Law and its amendments, and all
laws and programs related to human resources and the company's internal regulations.
* Financial Department Employee (FDE):
- Entering all customs data using a special program for the customs sector called:
Micro Clear Systems.
- Doing payroll for the company's employees and sending statements to the bank.
