Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Supervise, guide, and support to the Structure/Architecture Engineering department to meet project deadlines.
2. Provide technical directions for the development, design and systems integration.
3. Applying significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
4. Review work produced (drawings, specification, analysis, calculation, design and reports) to ensure that applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed, and quality is acceptable in various
design stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design and Tender stage).
5. Review drawings on the basis of design, level of information, detailing and precise coordination with other disciplines’ drawings (Arch, MEP, ID, Landscape and Infra structure).
Ensure that discipline design work is coordinated with project staff and Engineers from other disciplines by maintain clear and frequent communications.
6. Advise Engineering and Project management regarding any problem’s areas, staffing requirements, delays in production, scope changes, or other events which could affect completion and/or profitability.
7. Tender analysis, contract nomination, cost control, value engineering and modifying project specification to meet ultimate client budget.
8. Chairing meeting with client representative for the boosting of unavoidable hurdles on the project.
9. Interaction with site supervision team for the issues related to the design includes but not limited to RFIs, mockups, tests, material submittals, calculation, shop drawings, site inspections, specialists/ subcontractor prequalification, and meeting with Main Contractor, subcontractors, suppliers, PMC,
Client and Authorities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Planning the schedule log and time frame of submission for inhouse shop drawings, materials for consultant approval as per project master schedule and available resources. The schedule represents
titles & number of submittals and number of documents with expected dates of submission and expected dates of approval.
2. Planning the schedule log of subcontractor and suppliers as per procurement schedule log. The schedule represents title and numbers of subcontractors & suppliers, number of shop drawings, materials and method statement.
3. Coordinate with MEP Department for their schedule log of builders’ work and its impact on
civil/structural/Architectural work and to be reflected in our schedule log.
4. Present and discuss my schedule with the project manager and the planning engineer in order to be reflected in the master planning schedule of the project and to activate the process.
4. Carryout and manage coordination process between architectural, structural, MEP, landscape drawings to produce the shop drawings to be submitted for consultant approval.
5. Producing shop drawings, material documents, method statement and submitting to the Engineer for approval; Structural analysis and design verification.
6. Issue approved material, shop drawings and method statement for construction to all concerned departments.
7. Identifying gaps in drawings, specification and coordination to raise a request for information (RFI) to the consultant.
8. Manage and coordinate the interface with infrastructure contractor and existing services close to the structure.
9. Manage the engineering work with subcontractors including coordination meetings, review shop drawings, review materials documents and its compliance with project specification, review method
statements, structural calculation and design.
10. Daily communication and Interaction with operation site team during construction to support and give solutions for construction hurdles.
11. Attend tests for specialty items by third party in site and in supplier’s factory, reviewing the reports and submitting reports to the stakeholders.
12. Liaison with stakeholders (consultant and client representative (PMC)) to discuss about comments, approval, inspections, work progress.
13.Monitoring and controlling the issued packages to subcontractor from commercial department at pre contract stage.
14. Monitoring and controlling changes / Variation (time and cost impact) and report to the project mange and commercial department.
15. Closing the engineering work by submitting as built drawings after getting approval form consultant on finished and inspected activates at site.
16. Support the Project Handover process through Snagging and Authority Approvals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of draftsmen and document controller, in order to carry out all technical office work (civil, structural) related to the project.
2. Planning the schedule log and time frame for submission of inhouse shop drawings, materials, method statement for consultant approval as per project plan and available resources.
3. Coordinate with MEP contactor for their schedule log of builders’ work and its impact on civil/structural work and to be reflected in our schedule log.
4. producing shop drawings ( general arrangement / reinforcement / BBS), method statement and submitting to the Engineer for approval; Structural analysis and design verification.
5. Identifying gaps in drawings, specification and coordination to rise a request for information (RFI) to the consultant.
6. Manage all subcontractors for their engineering work which includes coordination meetings, review shop drawings, review materials documents and its compliance with project specification, review method statements, structural calculation and design.
7. Communication and Interaction with operation site team during construction to support and give solutions for construction hurdles.
8. Writing correspondence letters and notices of delays to subcontractors as well as notifications of any changes to contractor’s scope of work to the engineer.
9. Attend tests for specialty items by third party in site and in supplier’s factory, reviewing the reports and submitting reports to the stakeholders.
10. Monitoring and controlling changes / Variation (time and cost impact) and report to the Technical manager/Project Manager.
11. Closing the engineering work by submitting as built drawings after getting approval form consultant on finished and inspected activates at site.
12. Work with site team on snagging to be closed and to complete the handing over process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Structural analysis and Design for the projects design & Build contract.
2. Analysis and design verification for all projects. Value engineering and redesign if requested by client.
3. Adhere to Authority regulation, International codes and standards (UBC97, IBC2009, BS6399, ACI 318M, BS8110, BS5950 and AISC-05).
4. Produce structural calculation, 3D structural models (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000) and design drawings for RC structures and steel structure buildings.
5' Obtain authority approvals on design and drawings.
6. Manage and lead team of draftsmen, Produce coordinated shop drawing (General arrangement, reinforcement) and method statements.
7. Coordination between structure drawings and other disciplines drawings (Architectural, Landscape,
MEP and infrastructure)
8. Engineering support to tender and commercial department for pre contract and post contract,
9. Monitoring and controlling Changes and Variations between contract documents and IFC documents
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a group of Foremen and 40 workers, Site supervision, prepare shop drawings, material submittals, meeting with clients, procure all required materials and prepare project invoices.

1' Full structural analysis and design for the assigned projects (Amber- Flamingo) which include pile caps, raft foundation, retaining walls, RC flat slab/solid slabs/beams, columns, shear walls, core walls, steel canopies, water tanks, swimming pool etc.
2. Participate in analysis and design of Al Hekma Tower (vertical element, raft foundation and outrigger).
3. Adhere to Authority regulation and International codes/standards.
4. Produce structural calculation, 3D structural models (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000) and design
drawings for RC structures and steel structure buildings.
5. Discussions with client and municipality; and obtain Authority approval
