- Ensure the development of yearly manpower plan to strengthen and leverage the organization.
-Develop & execute staffing fundamentals and tools; Defining needs, providing appropriate recruitment sources and interviewing/ selection and on-boarding, clarify roles, set performance standards in all departments & functions.
-Conduct training & development needs assessment to develop a yearly training calendar aligned with business objectives.
-Define and implement HR policies and procedures.
-Provides technical expertise and advice to all departments on identifying and solving HR related issues and Personnel legal compliances.
- Prepare monthly paying role taking into consideration all actions that impact payroll such as overtime, vacations, new hires, transfers.
- Update the human resources management system with all payroll and employment effects that includes, new hires, resignation, promotions and all other payroll effects.
- prepare all HR letters and obtain the required approvals.
- Implement changes mandated by governmental legislations
- Respond to employee inquiries and complaints related to compensation and benefits issue.
- Pre-purchase evaluation of tender documents submitted by bidders in tenders related to commissioning various hospital departments with the necessary medical equipment and following the procedures related to setting up the contracts and issuance of the purchase orders)
- Continuously ensuring the site preparation plan execution with the hospital authorities as well as the vendors and updating any changes in sites and delivery times.
-Acceptance of newly acquired equipment through quantitative and qualitative testing for delivered equipment. ( revision of packing lists as well as physical accessories agreed upon in the purchase orders and functional testing of the equipment).
