o Organize, set up and optimize production, while observing specifications.
o Apply principles of engineering, manufacturing technology and management science to the production process in order to make it as efficient as possible
o Ensure that the manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible, reducing costly inefficiencies to a minimum.
o Responsible for making sure that the manufacturing equipment is in good working order to make as much product as the marketplace dictates, with as little leftover scrap as possible.
o Ensure Quality of the products prepared to be exported.
o Ensure Safety of raw materials and finished products.
o Monitoring and measuring effectiveness and efficiency of performance for Quality Management System QMS and Food Safety Management System FSMS.
o Preparing and conducting Audits based on '' ISO 19011:2002 guideline for QMS & EMS auditing '' as well as establishing CAPA system.
