• Perform quality control to ensure works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.
• Inspect all mechanical works on site (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, irrigation, and water feature) to ensure conformance with contract documents and all applicable codes and standards.
• Conduct the work meetings to solve the issues and follow up the progress on site.
• Prepare and manage snag lists, follow up on snag closure, and verify corrective actions prior to final acceptance.
• Participate in and support the handover process, including preparation for inspections, testing & commissioning (T&C), as-built drawings.

• Follow up the purchasing processes of the long lead items.
• Estimate the cost of the projects and preparing the financial and the technical offers.
