 Implement a structured and robust process around Bulk Sourcing Initiative of C&EB and providing the sales channels with adequate tools to penetrate existing and future companies in the UAE
 Strategize and achieve set targets assigned by Line manager, on a monthly basis and ensure quality of business, highlight potential downsides / short comes and identify symptoms of nonperformance within the team / process
 Dealing With reputable Companies and build strengthen relationship, provide and Presenting them all Banking Facilities for all staff, special Banking Facility & services "Assets Products & Liability Products"
 Arrange a day activities in the Companies premises by Sales Staff and Myself in order to run awareness a NBAD retail products designed particularly for the companies Staff,
 Develop knowledge and skills of staff through frequents training programs / short workshops, identify non-performers and provide extra support
 Maintain daily sales track, review daily submissions and verify documents against check list ensuring accuracy in data, timely follow up with concerned departments / branches on pending cases
 Train all new Sales & Marketing Staff on Retail Products
 Tracking the sales Leads generated by “ Call Center, online request & ATM
 Explain retail bank structure “assets structure & liabilities structure To staff
 Train all existing Sales Marketing staff on Retail Products if products get update
 Train all Sales Marketing staff on sales skills, customer needs and handling objections for customers
 Follow up all sales&Marketing staff and support all staff to achievement the Target
 Supervisor at Banking Retail Projects “Online Banking, Arrow services, E-Dirham, ADCCI Card”
