Supervised construction crews generated field reports, and performed contractor-engineering liaison. Demonstrated strong technical and managerial skills that led to my promotion to the post of Chief Field Engineer and Lead Supervisor within three months.
San Stefano Hotel, Mall and Apartment Complex Project (30 Stories resort, with a central shopping plaza).
Member of the cost estimation team. Responsible for completed work final cost documentation. Managed change order requests. Provided running cost updates. Inspected final work quality, enforced QA/QC measures. Managed punch list items.
