Analysis
• For new customers' requirements or reports or statistical reports.
Testing
• Test using black-box techniques, provide functional test, manual test, confirmation test, regression test, user acceptance and maintain Quality assurance of the delivery and production movement for the applications.
Implementing
• Setup server DBMS (MS SQL 2008r2, 2012r2).
• Deploy and setup the application and its pre-requested programs.
• Key users and users training.
Customer service
• Provide day-to-day support to users by Receiving customers calls, whether inquiries or complaints, and solving them or sending them to the development department to work on them.
• Recording and archiving client's calls to the CRM program.
• Arranging of task plans and deadlines.
• Follow up the tasks required from the developers and coordination departments to send them to the clients.
• Schedule and manual client database backup.
• Provide training of end users.
• Implementation and post implementation support including customized developments.
