• TOGAF certified since 2011. However still participating in the EA community. My Arabic articles about EA appears among the top 5 results when searching for "البنية المؤسسية" (EA in Arabic.)
• Architecture for me is a journey that starts by understanding the organization's culture and the stakeholders' perspectives, then building the possible and suitable architecture based on the right latest stable technology, and not ending by stabilizing the system's operation but also extended to the change governance of it.
• In my current position, I’m building up the EA capability as well as working on all the organization initiatives to maximize the benefit out of them.
• Holding different sessions to educate middle managers about EA which is an important step to build up the EA capability. Selecting the proper EA framework for the organization and the adapting and the adoption process of this framework is another one.
• Utilizing enterprise architecture methodology in day to day activities to build and enhance the organization capabilities by ensuring cross solution integrity, standardizing solution architectures, aligning teams and programs with enterprise objectives.
• Improving project documentation by the adoption of Archimate® as a unique language to exchange information between different diverse teams (Analyst, Architect, developer, operation and business user)
