- Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including all aspects of employee relations, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, training and development.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and practices to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
- Develop human resources plans that supports the business needs and strategy in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Provide advice in the design and implementation of new HR programs and initiatives.

- Analyzes and recommends methods to improve human resources services.
- Assists in developing short-term and long-term plans.
- Responsible for the annual salary plan, pay for performance and incentive plans.
- Assists in the preparation and revision of the department budgets.
- Responsible for the salary and benefits market surveys including data collection, data analysis.
- Advises on pay and other remuneration issues.
- Responsible for Merit Increases, promotions and annual incentives.
- Provides advice to line managers on HR policies involving salary administration
- Participates in the process and ensures resolution of employee grievances.
- International Experience (Libya)
* Established the Human Resources Personnel Policy and Department Procedures for our client.
* Implemented the HR Personnel Policy including the grading system, salary scale, allowances and salary adjustment.
* Established the job description for the managerial positions.
* Worked with the IT department to analyze and build the HR Information System.
* Provided technical guidance to the Human Resources staff in various issues.
- Identifying and analyze training needs through appraisals and regular discussions with line managers.
- Evaluating training programs through questionnaires and mangers feedback. Review the training cost against budget.
- Manages and monitors the recruiting and staffing process to assure work objectives are attained and schedules are met.
- Work closely with departments’ managers to ensure the implementation of the policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the job analysis and job description.
- Conduct code of conduct, business ethics and fair treatment sessions.
- Manages and monitors the benefits process to assure quality of service. Assist in compensation and benefits issues.
- Responsible for fulfilling existing job openings from within or outside the company.
- Prepare advertisements, search for best channels and communicate with recruitment and outsourcing agencies.
- Interview applicants before the technical interview.
- Issue job offers and inform applicants of job duties, working conditions, pay and benefits.
- Prepare forms, certificates reports, contracts, letters and memos
- Update employees’ database, vacations, attendance.
- Conduct new employees’ orientation.
- Responsible for handling the employees’ medical care requests, life and disability insurance.
- Responsible for the filling system, maintain personnel records such as personal data, compensation records, benefits, attendance, performance evaluation, and termination data.
- Arrange for interviews and process employment applications and assist in other recruitment activities as needed.
