Duties, Responsibilities:-
- Check and Revise design Package Specs, BOQ, Design Drawing, for HVAC, Fire
Fighting, and check Design Calculations including (Load Calc., External Static Pressure
calc., Chilled Water Pumps Flow and Head Lose Calc., Duct Sizing, Pipe Sizing for
HVAC Systems, and Fire Fighting Pumps Flow and Head Lose Calc., Gas system Calc.,
Pipe Sizing for Fire Fighting Systems), accordance to ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, FM
GLOBAL Codes.
- Prepare Material Submittals and Shop drawings, and follow up consultant comments till
make it approved.
- Making Quantity Survey for Projects to make Purchase Orders.
- Schedule Purchase Orders of all material needed in site accordance to installation
sequences.
- Prepare consultant requests Material Inspection Requests, Site Clarification Requests,
Inspection Requests, etc.

- Ministries Complex (Area 3A&4A).
Owner: Administrative Capital for Urban Development.
Consultant: Dar Al Handasah.
Contractor: Rowad Modern Engineering.
Duties, Responsibilities:-
- Revise Shop Drawing and coordinate with Technical Office Engineer.
- Prepare method statement and submitting them.
- Making Site Material Requests.
- Schedule work plan in site accordance to importance and material available.
- Supervise and execute all piping and pumps, installation on site.
- Follow up all insulations in site accordance to shop drawing and project specs.
- Preform and modify all clashes in site.
- Follow up and handling consultant comments and notes.
- Inspection pressure test for systems water and gas system.
- Make the convenient as-built on AUTOCAD.
Duties, Responsibilities:-
- Making Mechanical HVAC, Fire Fighting Design Methods including (Load Calc.,
Equipment Selection, External Static Pressure calc., Chilled Water Pumps Flow and Head
Lose Calc., Duct Sizing, Pipe Sizing for HVAC Systems, and Fire Fighting Pumps Flow
and Head Lose Calc., Gas system Calc., Pipe Sizing for Fire Fighting Systems),
accordance to ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, FM GLOBAL Codes.
- Making Design drawings for Projects accordance to Design Calc.
- Making Quantity Survey for Projects accordance to Design Drawing to make Bill of
Quantity.
- Revise Contractors Material Submittals, Shop drawings, and Method Statement for
Project items.
- Revise Contractors Invoices for Project items.
- Revise MEP Contractors Installation Works.
