-Handling the newly introduced projects from the early initiation &
nomination (Kick - Off) phases till reaching serial production.
- Setting projects activity charts, time plans and milestones according to the
customer requirements.
- Responsible for raising requisitions to order new Tooling & equipment within
communicated Project budget line.
- Attending Customer meeting, Proposing creative solutions for design against
manufacturing concepts.
- Applying continuous optimization methodologies of currently running
production lines (e.g. Kaizen / KATA).
- Assisting Project Manager in developing engineering department
procedures and processes.
Achievements:
-Successful introduction of two major projects in 2017
- Improvement of running project that faced a sudden production volume
increase by modifying the bottleneck processes.
-50% cost reduction of a newly introduced Project budget, by merging the
facilities of an old alike Project and making sure this merge won’t affect
the efficiency of both projects.
Preparing Material and presentation for classes. -Supporting professors in final
tests preparations - Tutoring and mentoring first year students
- Preparing monthly quizzes
