• Reporting to chief financial officer (CFO) for all financial data.
-Providing top management (G.M) & manufacturing directors by most of data related to inventory department to reconcile it with sites manager’s figures.
• Responsible for reviewing Aggregates/ Holdings (LMEA (Lafarge Middle East and Africa)-LBMH (Lafarge building materials holding)-LBMT (Lafarge building materials trading)) monthly closing figures (Trial balance), review all required provision and accruals.
• Matching P&L, B.S and cash flow figures with budget &latest reforecast figures.
• Responsible for review monthly stock withdrawal expenses from inventory department & communicate it with sites’ managers.
• Cost controlling
• Follow up group internal audit recommendation, action plan and fill it in team central group audit.
• Prepare internal capex report with top management to follow up movement and remaining amount of capex expenditures.
• Review & promote all figures in HFM data form and monthly check control reports.
• Plant monthly meetings.
• Support business customers in their financial inquiries and presentations
• Review monthly Dash board and cost tracker to check company cost saving
• Prepare quarter country business review for aggregates
• Prepare annual performance plan
• Responsible for the preparation of the annual budget and monthly re-forecasts of A&C and LMEA. Also responsible for collecting the raw data from other departments (Accounting, operations, commercial etc..) to prepare the major group required reports that should be Align with group standards and definitions.

• Manage A/P team in daily process and monthly financial closing to meet deadlines.
• Manage Fixed Assets team in reaching adequate booking of capitalized items and depreciation
• Review Loans &interest.
• Review Provision sheets.
• Check all entries posted.
• Intercompany Balances
• Retained Earnings Statement.
