• Planning personnel, material, and financial resource. Adhering to the approved budget and introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the supply chain manager.
• Defining, implementing and ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.
• Implementing and ensuring efficient and effective processes in the company’s internal IT systems and their documentation.
• Monitoring optimum production planning regarding rough and detailed planning in consultation with Production.
• Implementing an order of priority for competing orders and developing a suggested solution involving Customer Service.
• Implementing optimum stock management (definition of minimum order quantities, optimum batch sizes, and minimum stocks, etc.) in consultation with the Customer Service and Supply Chain group.
• Analyzing deviations from the plan and trends (ordering behavior, stock, raw materials, shelf life) and developing optimization measures in collaboration with Supply Chain Group.
• Responsible for managing procurement operations activities and processes meet quality standards and improving the procurement processes by proposing sourcing
strategies and suggesting improvement initiatives to enhance the organization’s ability
to meet Forecast, delivery times and deadlines, also prepare training materials to develop the team’s procurement capabilities.
• Weekly & Quarterly Evaluation of Demand Planning values including recommended adjustments and Leading a weekly meeting on long-term top shortages with the Planning team and customer services.
• ensure the steady flow of materials necessary for operating a manufacturing line.
• observe customer requests to create and maintain inventory schedules. Keeping track of production volume and purchasing to make sure the right number of products and manufacturing materials is always available.
• Organizing and scheduling customer deliveries. also process customer
shipment inquiries or complaints and schedule changes or cancellations for shipment orders.
• connect between the manufacturing department and other departments. receiving project plans and delivery times to determine timelines and necessary materials. also coordinate supplier payments with the accounting department.
• Analyze sales data to generate forecasts.
• Issue monthly/weekly/daily production plans.
• Receive sudden customer orders and integrate them within the production plan
• Calculate the required materials for production.
• Follow up with production on their progress from the issued plan.
• Issue reports as required by management.
• To prepare and review the salaries of employees, allowances and benefits.
• Preparation and review of the amounts involved in the system of end-of-service reward, as well as special savings insurance and social insurance on workers.
• Preparation of tax checks and social insurance.
• Preparing and extracting loan checks.
