Project Description:
This is an EPCC project. The project consists of drilling operation for 5 wells, un-manned offshore platform (10m*10m) with total 850 ton weight, onshore plant and subsea pipeline (33 km-12”) (concrete coated) plus onshore pipeline (7 km-12”, 7 km-6” & 3 km-10”) to link the offshore platform with the onshore plant.

Project Description:
This is an EPC project. This project is a consortium between three companies (Archirodon, Boskalis and Hyundai). The project is a construction of marine structures; Dredging and reclamation of marine port contain quay wall, causeway, Revetments, breakwater and three bridges.
Job Responsibilities:
• Attend the weekly progress meeting to discuss and monitor the project status.
• Follow up the project productivity and compare it with the standard productivity.
• Prepare the final productivity file to assist the company for future projects.
• Prepare master schedule for tendering phase.
• In charge of creating the project integrated level 03 schedule and ensure that a detailed, fully integrated, resourced and properly logic linked are produced.
• Discusses the outcome of the above planning in terms of schedules and procedures with the Project Manager and / or Lead Discipline Engineers to achieve a final project plan.

Job Responsibilities:
• Review and approve the project's budget.
• Ensure all required resources are mobilized on time to meet the project targets.
• Ensure that a detailed, fully integrated, resourced and properly logic linked project schedule is produced for the project. The planning staff working within the various sections of the works produces the individual sub-projects.
• Ensure that all schedules produced by the planning teams comply with the project planning procedure.
• Ensure that the project schedule is progressed accurately once per week, and to report the project status against the key milestone dates.
• Produce weekly KPI for each type of material and milestones of the works.
• Prepare a consolidated daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the company CEO.

•Preparing the revised Schedules with full resources loading.
•Presenting Periodic Progress Reports (weekly and monthly).
•Produce weekly KPI’s of construction performance for each type of materials and milestones.
•Reviewing and monitoring subcontractors progress against program.
• Supervised all new airbase construction activities.
