Ensure the readiness, and proper use of required accident prevention procedures, safety, and fire
prevention equipment, PPE, and first aid supplies.
Preparing incident investigation report of accidents or emergency cases on-site besides risk assessment & work permits.
Managing & Configuring Panasonic PBX central exchange & maintaining all telecommunication
equipment.
Managing the preventive and corrective maintenance/ repair on HVAC system, electric and
computerized equipment system, including Fire Alarm system, CCTV, Public Address system, Nurse
Call system, and MATV system according to O&M manuals.
Responsible for all facility’s administrative & Hospitality issues to include but not limited to
Housekeeping, Transportation, Pest control, Laundry, Kitchen, Vending, and Furnishing.
Responsible for Maintenance requests in Staff accommodation.
Awarded Employee of the Month two times for being customer focused.
Performing CSO daily tasks of technical issues using established performance tools and procedures.
Managing daily CPE stock report.
Configuring ADSL CPE and other configuration; wireless…etc.
