-Maintaining work flow by monitoring steps of the process and observing control points and equipments.
-Setting processing variables and maintain quality of products being produced within specifications.
-Correcting any kind of deviation in production output, which is brought to the notice by the auditors.
-Managing, monitoring and allotting duties to operators and workers.
-Monitoring quality of incoming raw materials and finished products.
-Developing and recommending improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
-Monitoring waste rates, analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste and ensure waste rates not to exceed the agreed upon.
-Responsible for achieving 100 % of the pre-determined production plan allocated for each shift.
