Responsibilities include:
- Supervising factory sales and monitoring daily sales for branches, representatives, and factories and providing daily reports on sales and orders from the factory to the factory manager and financial manager.
- Reviewing accounts of representatives and branches, performing financial settlements, and conducting monthly inventory for branches and representatives and annual inventory for the factory.
- Supervising exhibitions in Riyadh and Jeddah, and representatives located throughout the Kingdom, especially in Medina, Jeddah, Riyadh, Hail, and setting sales policies for exhibitions and representatives in coordination with the factory manager, and receiving customers at the factory.
Responsibilities include:
- Accounting duties such as bookkeeping, invoice recording, and financial statement preparation using a horizontal accounting software.
- Handling bank deposits and withdrawals.
- Maintaining employee files.
- Calculating employee salaries and annual benefits.
