1- From September 2020 till present:
Executive manager of D S LAB Manufacture of Laboratory Furniture Factory located in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.
Managing 80 laborers to produce Labs furniture for schools projects and interiors works for Governmental projects.
Responsible about managing all departments inside factory, in addition increasing capacity & sales target.
Current projects:
- Labs & doors for 6 Governmental School projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Joinery & interiors works for Danat Emirates Hospital.
- Joinery & interiors works for UAE Public Prosecutor Office.
Factory Manager at Lootah Furniture & wooden works factory at Ajman Industrial 1 for managing 120 laborers to produce doors, kitchen and wardrobes.
My tasks combined between production, development, quality commercial and marketing. I brought new projects worth 6 million.
Reporting to Lootah group CEO.
Current projects:
- 180 Villas for Alfuttaim development at Alzahia area, Sharjah.
- 3 Different buildings (G+4P+25F) for Alqabdah International Contracting Company at Dubai.
- 1 residential building for Alghurair Developments at Albarsha1, Dubai.
- Gate Avenue at DIFC with HLG Contracting, Business Bay Dubai.
- Large Mosque at International city, Dubai.
- 2 large Villas for Sharjah royal family.
- 46 Villas for Al Ghurair, El barsha1, Dubai (I already brought).
Production manager of Land base production line at Green Line Yachts Interiors at JAFZA with 60 laborers to produce all wooden works, doors & furniture for 5 stars hotels and large villas. Reporting to COO.
The company has another production line for Yachts & boats products with another production manager.
Main projects:
- 75 Floating Villas (Heart of Europe) at World Islands.
- Radisson Blue Hotel, KSA.
- Paramount Hotel Tower, by DAMAC at Business Bay.
Ahmed Ali Riaz Villa, the largest villa at Emirates Hills.
Industrial Area 1, Dubai. With a European Management (Assa Abloy Security Solution) for managing 110 labors to produce all types of wooden doors (NFR, FR & Acoustic) which matching with the UAE & GCC market. In addition, Pergolas and joinery.
Primary Tasks:
- Calculating bill of materials to buy all the materials required for each worker and select the proper materials from different suppliers.
- Writing the cutting list for each type & size.
- Preparing the production plan and distributing the tasks to the workers.
- Monitoring production processes & capacity with preparing prod. reports.
- developing new methods to reduce wastages, increase productivity.
- Implementing 5 S and Kaizen concepts.
- Following ISO QMS system and implementing quality control programs.
- Ensuring applying the specifications of granted certifications exactly.
- Drawing a full development plan to increase productivity, minimize waste & time, including buying new machines for expansion.
- Controlling and improving the quality of products.
- Passing more FR and Acoustic tests.
- Applying health & safety training, guidelines, tools and procedures to eliminate accidents.
- Cooperating with other managers to achieve company policy & targets.
Production Manager of the Arabian Wood Work company at Jeddah city, KSA with all the normal production & production planning tasks for managing 120 labors to produce all types of wooden doors (including the fire rated doors), hotel furniture, in addition cladding & decoration works.
Extra Achievments:
- Modifying & improving our products' designs to minimize cost with the required specifications.
- Re arranging the machines and buy new machines that reduce production steps & time, as a result, the capacity increased to be double.
- Full planning & design the new factory building (1620 m2 area) to add new furniture production line. Including selecting, buying, installing and running the new automated machines inside this new building. In addition air & electrical supplies, lights and dust collection.
- Finishing production & installation of doors + decoration works order for Rotana Centro hotel & Desert Rose hotel completely at Jeddah.
Working as a production & planning engineer at Maville Furniture Factory
At Damietta city, Egypt for producing classic & modern salons.
