• Advise and assist staff with implementation of client policies, COP, Tristar Policies, HSEQ MS, compliance with the relevant HSEQ regulations and trainings.
• Conduct regular Emergency Response Drills with involvement of the internal external Stake holders.
• Responsible to monitor the IMS performance to maintain high standard and impart good reputation of the company.
• Ensure TRISTAR Rules and regulation are implanted in true spirit.
• Submitting the HSEQ related documents to clients as per the requirements.
• Preparation and period review of risk assessments for client submittal.
• Ensure the compliance with all local legislations and regulations while performing the day to day operations.
• Responsible for managing the company business safely with the clients.
• Ensures that the roles and responsibilities are effectively communicated to all the employees.
• Ensuring Reasonable care of employees and the provision of Suitable PPE’s to all employees as and when required.
• Conduct HSE spot checks periodically and upon requirement.
• Ensure the effectiveness of risk management programs.
• Conduct accident, incident investigations and appropriate corrective actions implementing.
• Planning & conducting regular HSE trainings and providing input for Toolbox sessions for workforce.
• Close monitoring of road safety deviations & implement appropriate corrective actions against violations.
• Maintaining health and safety compliance among suppliers and Coworkers.
• Management and execution of Internal Audit Programs.
• Review and Revision of MSDS in line with IMDG code and GHS Labelling.
• Initiation of new or improved practices, processes and procedures.
• To achieve Organizational goals and targets through proper planning, team work and self-reliance.
• Ensure proper reporting and QHSE monitoring.
• Research and development of different recipes of Polypropylene Structure.
• Implementation of ISO 9001, 140001 and 18001.
• Keeping inventories of raw materials at optimum level.
• Maintain strong safety and environmental acquiescence focus.
• Monitoring and controlling process plant parameters on Hitachi PLC system.
• To systematize the quality control lab for testing frequency and implementing action on the basis of results.
• Following up on work orders and providing technical input.
• Harmonizing departments of Health and Safety, Services, Maintenance and Utilities on daily issues and repairs.
• Technical Reporting of material balance, utility Consumption, Plant status, Production and waste.
• To participate in scheduling of preventive maintenance activities and defining scope.
• Balance day-to-day operational priorities with long term strategic objectives.
• Managing and motivating team of skilled and unskilled staff.
• Assisting with training, mentoring and providing direction to colleagues.
• Achieve safe and stable operations in startup or shutdown
• Operation and Maintenance of Equipments (CSTR, Pneumatic conveyor system, HTO Heaters, Canned pumps, Gear pumps, Filters, Die head, Steam ejectors, Heat exchangers, Valves and Instrumentation).

• Installation and Commissioning of Heat Exchangers for Mono Ethylene Glycol Recovery System.
• Modification in Recirculation line of Mono Ethylene Glycol from Es-Tower.
• Replacing RW supply lines for Canned Pumps of Heat Transfer Oil.
• Scheduling activities for Startup of Polymer Chips manufacturing Line.
• Preparation isometric of Pipe Bridge for extension to coal fired boiler facility.
• Supervised Production, Operations and Maintenance.
• Processing of Sulfuric acid with coproduction of formic acid, super phosphate, paper alum, Liquid detergent, linear benzene sulfuric acid and agricultural products.
• Managing and setting priorities of maintenance jobs by foreseeing upcoming events.
• Coordinating with Quality Control Department to maintain quality.
• Training and technical orientation of sales staff through scheduled meeting and presentations.
