Head Teller
• Responsible for controlling all counter & cash transactions
• Responsible for handling customers complains & enquiries
• Responsible for controlling all cash transactions & movements in the branch & between the branch and other branches

• Performing on monthly basis a comprehensive checking on the service representative area to make sure that the process of handling the security items.
• Responsible to ensure that there is a proper control on the movement of the security stationery in and out the vault.
• Responsible to ensure that the following reports are submitted on time to branches operations department:
- Transactions in Difficulty.
- Daily Incidence Report.
- Operational Loss Report.
- Monthly Exception Report

• Handling receiving and cashing money from/ to customers within approved
procedures and regulations.
