• Manage the key accounts strategically and business orientation.
• Develop and execute monthly/quarterly and yearly customer plans.

delivery co-ordination, cash, commissions, and report writing)
• Maximize customer service and take any necessary action to maintain same including the satisfaction of any customer complaints.

Administration policies and guidelines.
• Set up Standard Operating Procedures to service Key Account Customers.
• Meeting Key Retailer account sales targets, providing status and performance reports to agreed deadlines.
• Managing Key Retailer performance in terms orders, stock, financial balance and to ensure their compliance to Zain standards.
• Recommend to management potential opportunity to increase Zain products availability and visibility.
• Periodically review visiting account on regular basis to ensure operational smoothness.
• Monitoring sales target and results, business and sales planning, forecasting, sales representatives' time management and supervisor’s route plan.
• Ensuring account compliance with procedures in line with Service Level Agreement.
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and
externally using appropriate method to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships with Key Retailer.
• Reviewed sales report and monitored individual
performances, accordingly, ensuring individual targets are met
• Coaching & supporting the employees (Partner supervisors, agents) on the floor to make sure that our target will be achieved.
• Managing & arranging weekly meetings with the
supervisor’s team to review the result with the time gone.
• Meeting Key Retailer account sales targets, providing status and performance reports to agreed deadlines.
• Managing Key Retailer performance in terms orders, stock, financial balance and to insure their compliance to Mobily standards.
• Recommend to management potential opportunity to increase Mobily products availability and visibility.
